Project’s Objective

The design and construction of a complete measuring system, which

plots specific Current/Voltages curves of supported semiconductors-

devices on a PC screen.

Requirements

• Measuring and displaying Current/Voltage-curves of

Diodes/BJT/FET according to the operator’s parameters.

• Easy-to-use Graphical User Interface running under Windows.

• Electrically safe.

• Visual indications in case of a failure.
